We've been wanting to go on a day trip to
Sacramento for a while now, and finally got the
chance to do so on Saturday.
We were up and on the road by 8am so we could get
here in time for breakfast!
YUMMY there's nothing that
compares to their chicken biscuits and lemonade
best. breakfast. ever.
Next stop was the mall, you might be wondering why
on earth we would drive 2 hours to go to a mall, well
I'll tell you why! This mall has stores that Reno has
never even heard of. Like Restoration Hardware,
Pottery Barn Kids, Crate and Barrel, Anthropologie,
and Tiffany & co.
I had to stop by Tiffany's to get a necklace fixed,
and it was the day before Valentine's day,
so I was sure Brandon was going to surprise
me and let me pick something out, so I
could come home with one of these...
Haha. I can dream, right?!
Next stop, lunch with these two.
Thats Bobbie, one of my bf's from college, and her fiance Dave.
It was so nice to see Bobbie and to meet Dave,
and for both of them to meet Addyson.
We had fun catching up, gossiping,
and getting filled in on wedding details.
(After seeing this picture I'm thinking maybe
it's a good thing we are moving to a place where
the sun shines, I look like a ghost!!)
After lunch we headed to Ikea,
and somehow we managed to leave the
store without purchasing anything (that never happens)
and headed home.
It was a great day and a great trip!
